2012 Mazda5 lugs at 40 mph

Have a 2012 Mazda5 GrandSport that lugs or growls if I am driving with light throttle on flat ground at ~40 mph. Have 73,000 miles. Seemed to start within the last 10,000 miles. Anybody have any ideas what's up ?
