Sparks
Help guys I replaced the alternator on my 96 maxima. Now when I put the battery cables on I get SPARKS coming from the positive terminal. And yes I'm putting them on the right way.

make sure you have the large wire to the alternator going to the right post and that its not shorting on something else. if not it might have a internal diode short and need to be checked or replaced again
