2000 chevy blazer 2door

Greetings!
I apologize in advance for how uneducated I am in this matter.
To begin, I have no mechanical skills at all. I am in Germany so i need to order my parts on the internet. I will be taking it to a shop to get repaired, I would just like to know if I could just get this part or not.

My Blazer cranks but will not start. It seemed to be getting weaker and struggling more and more to start until it wont start at all.

The fuel gauge stopped working a while back.. It just bounces back and forth from E to F. I'm unsure if this is related.

I was told that it could be the fuel pump. Does this sound right to you guys?


I have found this inexpensive part on ebay- Would this be good to bring to mechanic? What else should I order that would not be available in this country?
