window problem

when i put the electric switch to go down or up my passenger window go up or down for only 1 inch a time , i put the switch again for another 1 inch down or up
someone know is problem

I have the same problem. Per Scotty Kilmer WD40 the glass guides and if you can get to it the motors. I just haven't gotten around to do it as yet. But I suppose the idea is to start with at the simplest possible solution.
