Tundra Rear Cup holders

I have a 2008 Tundra double cab. It has a bench front seat. The rear cup holders fold down right in front of the center rear seat. They've broken off and I'm looking to replace them. I've spent a few hours searching online for a replacement with no luck. Can anyone help me find a replacement part?
There's no replacement part number on the cup holders anywhere.
