2008 Elantra drivers side fender

I have a dent in the front fender of my 2008 Elantra, I want to get the fender off. I see the 2 bolts under the hood, the 1 where you open the door, and the 2 at the bottom behind the wheel. It looks like there is a bolt holding it to the bumper, but there is a black plastic like box covering the head. How do I get to that? Also it looks like the fender is welded to the car next to the door.
