What hose did I break (pictures incl.)?

Hi,

I wanted to check in on my spark plugs and when trying to wiggle a plastic 'hose', it just easily snapped, I guess its dry and old. I have 3 questions -
Can you please help me identify this?

Can I glue or tape it it shut tight and drive the car a few km to get it replaced?

I had my radiator replaced a few months ago at the shop, should they have put a new hose there as well, or that's unrelated?

looks like part of the pcv system, should be able to splice it or tape it together long enough to get it to a shop, at worst your check engine light might come on or you might get some oil fumes out of it. its not part of the cooling system so shop wouldn't have messed with that pipe
