Found a exhaust manifold marked ZR logo with CARB EO# D-532 INDUSTRY,CA can anyone please tell me who the manufacturer is?? can send photos if will help

Sounds like an aftermarket,(ZR), three way catalytic converter for a '96-'00 Honda Civic.
