Toyota Matrix Xr front bumper replacement

HI EVERYBODY
I have a Matrix XR 2010 with front bumper sporty look . I like to change the front bumper to regular bumper and the reason is that for the last two winter seasons I have broken the spoilers and basically wreck the bumper. Can somebody put me into the right direction if this is possible.

dealer should be able to tell you if a regular bumper will fit in place of the sporty one or maybe a wrecking yard that has a interchange book, not sure if you will have to change the whole assembly or just the outer cover
