are there any good books you can recommend for rebuilding engines?
I was just wondering if any of you more experienced people on here know any good books to rebuild engines? I have very little to no experience of working on engines. All I have ever worked on my car is replacing suspension components. My end goal is to one day get a cheap car with a blown up engine and rebuild an engine to put in. Its not a short term goal in fact I am looking to spend many years gaining knowledge first then doing it as a part time hobby in the future. So please tell me where I should start other than youtube videos?

Look for a book about your engine on the online book sellers (Amazon, etc). Failing that, look for a factory shop manual for the relevent car.
