|
check engine light on but runs fine
The check engine light came on again after coming on about a week ago and then shutting of by itself. Everything seems to run normal with the car so I don't know if I should ignore the light and just keep driving or what. What would you do? My car is a 2011 Ford Taurus.

You should not ignore the light. Many of the chain auto parts stores will read the diagnostic codes for no cost. The key is to get the actual code number from them, not just their interpretation of the code. Then post back here for what will likely be more specific help than what the parts salesperson can provide.
