Make a sedan from the hatchback WRX kits?

The latest gen WRX models are only available as a 5dr/hatch. I am dying to build the sedan version, it is my actual real life car.

I have considered purchasing this 1/24 RC car pictured below in order to use the rear end of the body. I figure I could combine the front end and rest of a model kit with this rear end. Any comments or suggestions?

onto one of these kits..

i think you'll be better off by setting the 5-door body aside and just mate the RC's sedan body to the model kit's chassis. chopping and mixing body parts is still possible but for me, it's too much of a hassle.

Just use the body. It is dam close to the Fujimi body. Reworking that interior is much easier than messing with the body. The glass would be the only difficult part. And the R/C is USDM spec for some reason.
