Fuel & Service Mileage Tracking

Hello all,

I currently use Automotive Wolf to track fuel mileage and service history for my two personal vehicles. This program is great, I really love a lot about it. (I bought it probably 8 years ago and they STILL provide same or next day service!!!)

My biggest problem, however, is everything I do has to be entered at my computer, and I get backed up, sometimes lose the receipts, etc. I have thought of using an app that syncs between my wife's and my phones to track fuel and then enter that, but it seems silly to do duplicate work.

Is there an app out there that allows easy entry of fuel purchases into your phone (well, two phones) and will sync that with a web based or desktop based program that will allow me to enter the service, etc, after that? I'd rather it not be very expensive, but I am willing to pay for a program that will do this.

I have tried searching the forums and Google in general, and have come up with a few options, but generally am not finding what I look for.
