98 Sub lower radiator hose

Pressure tested the system and found fluid running off lower hose where it connects to the water pump. I'm guessing replacement is a suck job. Am I correct that I need to take off the fan and cowling?

replacing the radiator hoses is not all that hard. 98 model good amount of room. radiator should have drain. do coolant at this time . not all that common lower hose. upper hose is. maybe water pump leaking.

I haven't had any leaking since the pressure test. Change out pending.
