Down Pipes?
Who makes a good down pipe that is 3" and will hook up to an Apexi N1 exhaust system?

Road Race Engineering has a downpipe that bolts right up to the Apex N-1. But its 2.5" to the flex section part of the downpipe and then the rest of the downpipe is 3"
Here's a link. http://www.roadraceengineering.com/eclexhaust.htm

Spoken like a hater
![]() YES it necks to 2.5, but it works fine. Hell, it flowed enough to give me massive creep with a 16g/34mm flapper

Im sure you can find cheaper DP's than the Apexi. But it will be fine.
You will definetly see some creep, after installing it though, get ready to port the O2 housing. Yes it will work on both the T25 and 14B

I'm running a 3" O2 eliminator downpipe, best downpipe u can get
. I have an Apexi exhaust too, but that have nothing to do with the downpipe bolting up though since the downpipe bolts to the catylic converter....................well thats unless you a cat eliminator DP

The RRE pipe is a great option, and it is flanged for the Apexi (they use a slightly different flange). Avoid anything designed to bolt up to a stock converter, that garbage is all less than 2.5"
I use the RRE pipe. Avoid the Apexi DP, the flex section is WAY to short. That is why they are famous for breaking there. Shyte, IMO. Looks good otherwise. The flex section is the most expensive single component in a DP, so its no surprise when companies skimp there.

hehe, funny how this stuff adds up
I did a 6 bolt swap on a car with an apexi DP, and it was still holding after a year or so. So there is hope, but it's just something to be aware of.
