2000 blazer steering hard

i have a 2000 4x4 blazer that I think the steering in a little hard any idea
I replace the power steering pump and the rack an pionon thanks

Is the fluid in the reservoir foamy? Probably air in the system. Bleed out air by working the steering back and forth fully, right and left. Back off slightly at each end and hold it there for a second or two. Holding it hard at the ends will only introduce more air in the system. HTH
