2003 stratus power window motor replacement

I am trying to replace the motor on the passenger door. The guy I bought it from already removed the motor, so I am not sure how to get it back in correctly. I have a Haynes repair manual, but it says to remove the window first, then regulator/motor together. However, I cannot get that window out! The only thing left on the window are the bolts for the regulator mount, but they are solidly stuck in the window itself.

Ideas?
