Loose Cable need HELP!!!

i have a 96 Buick Century and i recently found a loose cable coming from the gas pump relay it is red plugged in to the 87 i need help trying to find out where it is plugged into i have posted the picture don't know it it would make my check engine light go off!!!! also the pictures i took are too large a file to attach.

this is the red fuel pump prime connector.this is used for diagnostic testing.not supposed to be connected.

Are you saying the red cable that goes into the connector of the relay, has come out of the connector? Do you have a no start condition? zero fuel pressure at the rail?
