2003 Sebring Convt. W/2.7 Flex Fuel

I have 2003 Sebring convt. w/ 2.7 w/ Flex Fuel, engine is toasted. Can I replace the short block with on from a 2002 2.7 wo/ Flex Fuel. Then install my intake.
