project: 427 shelby cobra
first look at the fujimi kit. the body is wearing 3 coats of gunze super black with two thin coats of silver for the stripes. two coats of clear were applied before polished. one of my better paint jobs if i do say so myself

nice cobra, can you tell me how the engine detail is? I might put one of these engines into my GT40. I love the colour combo too!

the engine is simplified but does come with two manifolds, one for velocity stacks (included) and another for carbs. there's also an option for single or dual carb configurations. its a good start for additonal detailing in.

And about 1/4 to 1/2 the cost of the Fujimi kit judging by Ebay sales...The Fujimi kit will look quite decent when finished, it's just a shame they did a model that can't compete with a much older, much cheaper Monogram kit.
