2005 Marquis Heater

My 2005 Marquis heater blow sufficient hot air out the vents. When I switch to either the floor or defroster cold air blow out at a slightly slower speed compared to the any position on the fan speed control. The fan speed control works fine.

I did replace the .007 O-ring in the control module and the same result continues to blow out the vents.

Any recommendations or solutions?
