02 Marques LS Windshield Wiper Problem
On Mama's car the 02 Marques LS when you turn the windshield wipers off they STAY in the UP position and won't go down! When turned on they do fine just when you turn them off they stay UP and won't go down!! Anyone have any idea what that's all about? Thanks
