2001 Impala tail lights go out

I'm posting for a friend who has a 2001 Impala and a fuse keeps blowing causing the tail lights and the dash lights to quit working. They've taken it in several times for the same problem. First they replaced the fuse and it worked for about a day, then they replaced the fuse again and replaced one of the tail lights, this time it worked for a couple days but then did the same thing. If anyone has had this issue and could help out, that would be great. Trying to figure out what would cause the fuse to keep blowing? Any ideas?

Seriously? You have a short somewhere.......where? It could be anywhere....you could have a harness that has a rub through condition.....

Unfortunately, this fuse is not blowing quick enough....you could isolate circuits, but then would have no lights......about the only thing you can do, is have the lights on, and move the wire harnesses to these circuits, hoping to recreate the problem....
