buick regal fuel issue

2001 buick regal started and ran left town for 10 days came back cranks but wont start i dont here fuel pump ingage when ii turn on ignition

Does the f/p relay click when you turn the key to on?

Have fuel pressure at the rail?

Air Temp has to be above 40F for this to work......spray carb cleaner into intake, and see if it starts as long as you spray(have someone crank vehicle over)....If it doesn't, check for spark, fuel pressure, and injector pulse.....
