wheel wells / inner fenders

Does anyone know of any company that makes new wheel wells for the box caprice? Website? Mine are pretty rusty.

Re: wheel wells / inner fenders

Search for what they are - Inner fender, fender liner, or splash shield. "Wheel well" is the space around the tire/wheel assembly, not the parts surrounding it.

That would be like asking the parts counter for a new passenger compartment, or a replacement engine bay. We know the car has one, but it isn't listed in the parts guide.

English is such a weird language, and that's just another example. There are multiple words or phrases that describe the same thing. It's even more confusing when imports are translated. A Datsun 280Z had an "engine room" in the service manual.

Alternatively, you may try the junkyard; I've had luck with finding these in the past at the yard.

Re: wheel wells / inner fenders

I still cant find them, I know they are made by somebody aftermarket. splash shields are the flexible pieces that attach to the inner fenders and go over the control arms. How about the door? Anyone have a lead for me?
