2003 bad shaking

2003 Limited, auto trans. Car recently started shaking very badly, especially rear end. Also have low tire pressure sensor on. I'm a misplaced Georgian in their first Michigan winter. Was told it could be snow/ice in my tires and wheels? Any thoughts or suggestions?

Re: 2003 bad shaking

Question is too general for any real online help. Yes could be ice/sno packed in the wheels, could be a bad tire also.

Re: 2003 bad shaking

Thanks for the reply. Tire pressure is OK in all 4, and tread wear is not too bad either. Stupid question - if it is snow/ice, is there a way to get it out without taking wheels off (if it will be a while before it's over 32)???

Self-service car wash - Take plenty of quarters and dry shoes.
