1985 camaro won't start up

I'm having issues starting my car. I got a new ignition, alternator and battery but my battery seems to drain real quick. I checked my fuse box and I want to know what the problem is. I noticed some fuses were pulled out and the pcm bat fuse along with the crank and inj#1 and #2. The car makes a click click click sound but does not turn over. Will those fuses be the cause?

What eng? I assume it is tb injected? Some fuses would not apply to a carbed engine.
