2013 Hyundai Sonata brake problem

I have a 2013 Sonata that was rear ended in an accident recently. Ever since the accident my brakes are not the same. The brake pedal goes so low I cannot get my left foot under the pedal. The pedal is soft also. This car has been to the Hyundai dealer 3 times and they can not seem to repair the problem. They have replaced the master cylinder and bled the lines. They have inspected the lines. They say there is nothing else they can do. Does any one have any suggestions. Thanks.
