Angry p0401

i need help, i keep getting this p0401 code for a 2001 toyota camry and i replaced a an egr selonoid egr valve and some hoses but code keeps comming up! Any ideas going nuts with this.

if you can manually open it when car is idling the engine should die or start running really rough while its open, if it does then it could be something like one of your )2 sensors isn't working right. if it doesn't die then you probably have plugged egr passages in head or manifold

Thanx for the respons Crvett69,but im not a mechanic so i apologize if i sound ignorant when asking questions. So i start the engine and i open the EGR valve and if it dies or runs rough its the sensors infront and back of catalytic converter? And if it dosent do either i have clogged EGR hoses leading to maifold
