Toyota Sienna 2004 remote key programming

A few years ago, I had the remote key access deprogrammed because of my children playing with the remotes.

Now they are grown and more responsible and I would like to reprogram the keys. I tried the different procedures listed in the forum, but I am unable to add or rewrite the keys. I always get the response of 2 lock/unlock sequences, meaning the programming did not work.

I would appreciate any help to reinstate the wireless lock access!
