Drive size for 21mm tires Lugs

Hi,
Sams club messed up on last of my two tiers rotation. So I decided to rotate tiers myself. But I'm confuse on the drive size of the torque wrench. Both of my cars have 21 mm lugs and required 76 ft/lbs torque. When I went to purchase the torque wrench there are two common drive size available, 3/8 and 1/2. And I'm wondering which should I get.

Also have any one heard about the Matco Tools brand, is it good brand if I get used one. and as compare to Husky which one is better.

Depends if your socket is 3/8 or 1/2" drive. I would go with the 1\2" myself but either should work

A 1/2 in torque wrench is pretty standard for this torque requirement. I would get the Husky wrench.

I did not have the sockets, I also need to buy one.

By the way do I really need a torque wrench. The auto zone sales rep was telling me that I just need the regular wrench.

You can put them on yourself with a star wrench. Just get them good and tight. If you want to be exact either get a torque wrench or take it to place that did it before and ask them to do it with a torque wrench, not a air impact. If you want to do it yourself you can get a cheap 1/2" one from harbor freight for about $10. Its not a high quality one but if your only going to use it a couple times its fine
