Intermittent No-Crank On 95 LeSabre
About 50% of the time I turn the key to start, not a sound is heard and nothing happens. I was thinking it might be the starter/solenoid until I came across this article about VATS, so I am going to try troubleshooting from that angle first.
http://vats.likeabigdog.com/ The battery appears strong as when it does crank, it is a strong crank. Meanwhile, if anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

Well I performed the modification to bypass the VATS using a group of resistors resulting in 1.451k ohms, compared to the key "chip" resistance which is 1.475k ohms. So it was close enough, and the car starts with this bypass in place.
I'll see how it goes over the next few days and report back any issues.
