Props to Grex
I bought a whole Grex setup about a year and a half ago-ish. Airbrush, compressor, accessories, etc. I've been having some issues with the airbrush and I sent an email to their customer support and received a very thorough email back on how to remedy the issue, and an offer to have it sent in for repairs and no charge if I couldn't fix it myself.

It's not in warranty as far as I know. It's getting close to 2 years now. I think the hobby shop had it for at least a year too. I was always eyeing it, finally my wife got it for me for my birthday.
