REMOTE START question

have a 99 dakota sport club cab.....nothing power in it, no alarm, no power windows etc etc.....I would like to find out if i can put a remote start in??
My BF leaves early in morning and its cold, thought it would be nice if the truck could start up then be warmed up when he gets in it......is this feasible for this truck??? its the 3.9 V6 magnum......if it is doable, who or where would i go to have it done, who does this type thing? any idea of costs? just an idea??
