No Keys. Help!!
So I purchased a 2000 Camry Solara from an insurance auction and it only came with the flat silver key, no security key. I called local toyota dealership and they said it should have a security key (black or grey plastic head). They said without it the cost would be $200-300 and I would have to tow it in. My question is there anyway around this? Could I swap parts out from a different solara, and what all would I need to swap? I have a 99 with keys that ran, Could I pull computer and have it run? Not sure what to do, but I don't want to drop that kind of money on a car that might not be worth it. Thanks.
