lacrosse engine
I have 2013 lacrosse has less than 11000 miles has been in shop for six weeks. first time went in for miss had to change out head took four weeks. got it back did fine in town first trip out engine light came bake on for timing problem they've had it two week there in process of changing all timing chains. I've had 4 gmc in a row all have had problems time to change

You might want to look into the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Quality Assurance Act, (Lemon Law). If your car has been in the shop for 30 days and has not been repaired properly after 4 attempts you may qualify for a refund or a replacement vehicle by the manufacturer. HTH

Don't expect much from these GM Customer Care people. They are just gathering info (your VIN. location, etc. ) I have never heard of them ever helping anyone on this or the other GM site I visit. The best they do is get back to you with a sales quote.
