Where is the 2001 300m audio amplifier located?

Here is what I found on this vehicle, hope this helps.

MIDLINE/INFINITY l SYSTEM

1. Remove right under panel silencer/duct
2. Remove two retaining nuts to remote amplifier.
3. Pull amplifier inboard and then pull downward to remove from upper retaining clips.
4. Disconnect two wiring connectors.
5. Remove remote amplifier from vehicle

INFINITY ll SYSTEM

1. Inside trunk, pull the trunk liner aside (right quarter panel passenger side)
2. Remove three retaining screws.
3. Disconnect two wire connectors.
4. Remove remote amplifier from vehicle.
