Repl. Ign. Switch.. Now No Brake,Turn Sig. Lights!

Hi, New to this sight! Hope i can find an answer... 97' Jimmy SLT.. 167K Mi. I had the Stalling... Gauges quit, Idiot Lights Flash, ABS, etc. Then it starts and goes. 5-90 MPH...Then the Hard starts.. And finally No Start... Checked the Fuel pressure...None or 5#'s and Loud Pump motor whining. (Replaced 2 Years ago). I assumed I had a Electrical Problem and now maybe a Fuel Pump problem. So I started with the Ignition Switch of all the reading online of same issues... The Jimmy started! Cross fingers that the fuel pump is Good. Pressure is now 50+! The stalling ? Not sure yet. Can't drive.... I had broke the Hazard switch way back. And just replaced the H. Switch itself after finding the Not working Lights. Thought this would help.

Here is My issue now.Now I do not have Brake Lights, Blinkers or Hazards? All worked before... All Fuses checked, Relays, Bulbs (Running lights work), Replaced the Flasher (Blinker not Hazard) I'm Stumped... BDW Harness. Could it Possibly be bad?
Also there is a small plug with Blue,Gray,Orange/Black stripe wires. I don't remember this being hooked to anything before and cannot find the other plug it goes to? Was this an extra plug for Options?
Kinda Long post... Tried to get it all out 1st run... Thx for any Help!
