yea! optima battery in, but still a couple questions...
well, i finally got found some time to put my Optima yellow top battery in, and i found out while putting it in that it was a little bigger than the tray. I had to get rid of the tray that the other battery sat on but there's still a mounting platform there still. I had a red battery cover that now won't even come close to covering the battery. Also, the positive and negative terminals were in the front of my battery but now they're in the back of the optima, which required some manuevering of the grounding wires. And what's up with the battery weighing like a billion pounds?! But anyways, after moving the battery around i got it to fit but its not really being held in by anything but it is secure cause its wedged in there and looks fine. Do i have to be worried about anything concerning it moving? How do the rest of you with civics do it?
I know it reset my stereo, but before i go dig out my Helm's, is there anything i need to know after changing the battery?
