Need help on what cam to use on a 98 gmc k1500

Hey guys, I'm having a hard time finding what cam I need to gain the most power but no upgrade to the computer and if I do what upgrades need to be done..... Any help will be great

Call any of the major cam mfg.s and ask for the tech-line and tell them your situation/aims and they can set you up with the right cam.
