2002 Sonata Dies at Stop

I have a 2002 Sonata with a little over 100,000 miles on it. Sporadically, I will be stopped like at a stoplight and as I go to hit the accelerator, the car shuts off. There is no jerking or sputtering when this happens. All the lights come on like when you first turn the key to the "on" position without starting the car. Once you turn the car all the way off it starts up like normal with no warning lights staying on. I took the car into a mechanic for a different reason and told them about this problem, but they didn't know what could have caused it.

I've been trying to read up on what could be causing the problem and I keep seeing the crankshaft sensor. I don't think this is the issue because that was changed 18k miles ago when my car would die every time I took a turn.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
