Megane 2001 right indicator issue

Greetings automotive,

I have this problem for around a month or so and still didn't find solution to it..

Right indicator is clicking very fast, all bulbs are working just fine and connections are okay (no corrosion on contacts). I think relay is fine because when its really hot outside right indicators work just fine for 5-10 seconds before they go fast clicking again. What could be the issue?

Also to mention: Since there was a car accident left bumper got hit, the repair shop I guess did not position the rubber around windshield so when its rainy weather we often get some water on gas pedal and beneath. May this be the issue, too? (I'm uploading pictures of bad windshield rubber)
