Hi, I had similar problem and read most web sites. Check the relay for the fuel pump, the fuses (20AMP on the ECM(s)2, IGN 20amps and ENG. Although they appear to be good just replace them. The contact inside goes bad due to moisture. If they seem bad or if they break apart when removing you might have a ECU / PCM bad... black box.
Also what year is yours and miles?
