Why I'm not able to use HTML in my post? The buttons don't work, but in this post yes they work!!

No hint....? I'm not able to place emoticon too.... the arrow of the point doesn't change when I pass over them....

Did you check your configuration setup in your profile page...? if not wrong you should be able to specify it there...

Yes I checked... I found this in the faq:
"Some smilies can be accessed from the 'New Post' or 'New Thread' pages if your administrator has enabled this function."
Have I to ask to administrator??

Hello
about this problem I discovered when I post a message "HTML is off".... so I'm not able to insert smiles or edit the message format.... How to place html in ON?
I checked every setting in control panel but there is no option.

Thanks for the hint.... I usually use chrome which has the problem, tried with explorer and it works... don't know which kind of setting could be.....

Solved
It was a pop-up related issue. I have pop-up block in chrome with exceptions.
Thanks to Igor Sushko discovered to add into the excpetions staticaf.com

Moreover discovered html works the first post after I open AF , the second post doesn't work again. Made a setting reset in chrome but the same thing....
