Hi all, I saw this 1997 Honda Civic:

The owner said he would fix the exhaust for 30 dollars, is that even possible? Can you identify any potential problems from the link? If not I will definitely go check the car out and take it to the mechanics and do a thorough check on it. It looks like a great deal for me to be honest.
