PE anyone?

hi guys,
I should make a real mini mini pe part for an 1/43 model I am finishing.
the problem is ,...its 2mm long write and I am unable to make it in metal.
Made the decal eps but the front radiator I made in metal, so it cant fit it.

does anybody know a service able to make so small stuff? the writing I am trying to fix is this one:


nobody makes theme, I only found the later alfa romeo one (tameo), but the A is different.
