Turn Signal Works Sometimes

Hello, I have a 2002 and i just recently started having a problem with my turn signal. It seems that when its hot outside, my turn signals wont work, left or right signal. could it be the fuse, or would it be within the steering wheel.

Re: Turn Signal Works Sometimes

Call any GM dealership, and give them your VIN number....they can see if there are any outstanding recalls on your vehicle....there was a recall for N bodies(Grand Am's. Alero's, Malibu's) for replacing the hazard switch....not sure if this includes your year.....

When your directional doesn't work with the car running, turn your directional off, now hit the hazard switch...if the hazards work, turn it off, now try your directionals again...if they work, it's the hazard switch....

When directionals don't work, turn on hazards, then turn them off...then try your directionals...if they work it's the hazard switch....
