Not quite sure what you mean.....

First, is it a 3.4 or 3.8?

If just the porcelain broke off, you can still grab the hex head of the plug.....or are you saying the metal hex of the plug broke off, and just the threads are in the head?

Kind of rare for that to happen on a 3.8......have the plugs ever been replaced before, and were possibly cross threaded?

How many miles on the car?

Ever run into this again, work the plug back and forth, tighten/loosen, repeatedly.........use penetrant on threads, like PB Blaster.....

With plugs out, use a thread chaser on those threads in the head......when installing new plugs, apply light coat of Never Seize on the spark plug threads.....

As for the thread being stuck, let the threads get soaked with the PB Blaster....then try the proper size easy out to back the threads out.....

If you still can't get it out, there is not much room back there to try and cut it out, by filing a cut in the threads and trying to collapse the threads with a small chisel....there is also the problem of debris dropping into the cylinder.....so if the easy out doesn't work, the head might have to come off.....

for the 3.4L and possibly the 3.8L you can remove the 2 front motor mounts, the bog bone ones at the top front and pull the engine forward about 20 - 30 degrees I actually have a special tool I insert in place of one motor mounts after removing both. It has a long bolt that I can turn that pulls the motor forward. Its called an engine tilter and I knew the tool existed and I went to auto part stores looking for it I either got an attachment for a floor crane or a look from the parts guy like I had asked for the mythical sky hook.
