broke bolt extractor while trying to remove bolt :(

pulled my 66 ragtop out of the garage. trans pan leaking like crazy so i decided to pull it off. broke a bolt in the process. drilled it and tried to use a extractor and snapped the extractor off in the center of the bolt. my drill bits arent going to drill through the hardened steel. suggestions? are there drill bits that will drill through this?

was able to drill around it and get the extractor out. used a heli coil and good to go now.
