1999 stratus steering wheel components failure.

Here is what I have. All the components on the steering wheel, cruise, horn and airbag do not work. Airbag light is on all the time and it all happened at once. I opened the wheel up and did not see anything obvious. Any clues or common wiring that would cause this?
